How to use it
STEP 1
Fill in your “[product, service, concept, intervention, initiative, business idea name…]”.
STEP 2
Identify the “needs and problem(s) of [problems 1, 2, 3…]” that your solution addresses. Tip: Refer to the “130+ Value Types Tool” to help you understand your values.
STEP 3
Explain “how digital tools, platforms, data or automation enable the solution, create value or enhance existing value” to address the identified problems.
STEP 4
Describe the “concrete outcomes seeking to achieve for all stakeholders” that result from your combined layers of value. Identify “the existing situation or competitor”. Clearly state “key value enablers and/or differentiators, including specific digital advantages if applicable” that make your solution different.
