Use this tool when you have completed the scoping phase for your sustainable business project. Ideally after you have scoped your challenge domain and have received your funding and resources.
It should guide you in foresight of anticipated problems, by allowing the team to leverage their collective experiences from previous projects.
Once completed you’ll be ready to get started with concrete actions to overcome likely hurdles in your way, enabling you to act more pirate and be intrapreneurial!
How to use it
STEP 1
Stick up the poster in your team workshops or if working remotely on your collaboration software (Miro, Mural, Jam Boards etc).
STEP 2
Write in your project title at the top box.
STEP 3
Go through each box step-by-step from 2-5, completing as much information as you can using sticky notes.
STEP 4
Review each box before moving on to the next. Make sure you assign concrete roles, responsibilities and actions as outcomes of the tool.
